Yin Yoga

Trish Bartol is a 200 hr CYT. After experiencing pelvic floor pain and dysfunction for many years, Trish began seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist and while this therapy was very beneficial, she wondered how yoga could also help. So she added in yoga, breath work and meditation to her pt routine and had very positive results. Now Trish is bringing her experience and knowledge to the world to help other women struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction through the scope of yoga.

Ladies, do you know what’s going on in your body? Some of us have been wandering through hormonal changes hoping for a clue as to what is happening, why it’s happening, and wondering am I crazy? What I’m talking about is perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. There’s lots of information out there about periods and pregnancy but what about after that? Women experience menopause for the last third of their life. Shouldn’t more be said about it? Sadly, there wasn’t much information about menopause, until now. Slowly more is being learned and women are talking about it. Know why? Because every person who was born female will experience menopausal symptoms. I propose that we learn more about menopause and what’s happening inside our beautiful bodies. Awareness leads to understanding.
Join Kelly and her girlfriends for a roundtable discussion about Menopausal Moments where we share challenges, revelations, and hopefully solutions. You’re not alone, sister, and certainly not crazy.
