Full Moon Cacao Ceremony

Together, we will open our hearts to the beautiful medicine of Mama Cacao, allowing her gentle, nurturing energy to guide us deeper into ourselves and into connection with one another.
Within the sacred container of sisterhood, we will create space to be heard, witnessed, and held. A space to share what is stirring within us, honor where we are on our journeys, and give voice to what we are ready to release.
The Full Moon in Gemini invites us to explore the stories we tell ourselves, the words we leave unspoken, and the thoughts and beliefs that may no longer serve us.
Through sacred song, drumming, rattling, and the power of our collective voices, we will move energy, awaken our hearts, and offer our intentions and releases to the Full Moon.
Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to simply be.
There is something deeply powerful about women gathering in circle, raising their voices, and remembering the sacredness of being witnessed.

An integration of Astrology and Yin Yoga through ritual and practice. This promotes awareness and alignment with what we are co creating . This practice not only moves stagnation in the body, allowing for more chi and prana to flow, but it also prepares the body to release what no longer serves. We will explore the current Full Moon energy and how we can work with this energy.
Yin Yoga is a meditative style of yoga where passive postures are held for long periods of time (3-10 minutes) to target the deep connective tissue. Through tension and compression of the body we stimulate the meridians associated with TCM and the chakras that are associated with those meridians. This helps energy flow which aids in releasing energetic blockages and stagnation. This practice also provides a calming of the mind allowing for a heightened internal awareness.
