Sunset Sound Bath

Join us for a Sunset Sound Bath where the sounds of the bowls and gongs co-mingle with the sounds of evening flora and fauna. Where sacred sound creates a safe container so you can breathe, feel, and soften as day turns to night. As we are surrounded by the sounds of nature, we’ll make ourselves comfortable on our mats on the earth allowing space to feel the sound move throughout the body at a cellular level. After the sound bath, there will be a luminous fire to sit around as we ground back into our bodies and the present moment.
