Private Sound Healing Sessions

Kelly Thomke of Earth Rhythm offers private sound healing sessions designed to give your nervous system, body, and energy space to soften, settle, and receive.

During your session, Kelly will create a personalized sound experience using instruments and vibrations that may help quiet the mind, release tension, restore energetic balance, and guide you into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.

Unlike a group sound bath, a private sound healing session allows the experience to be centered entirely around you. The sounds, pacing, and energy of the session can be shaped around what you are currently needing, whether that is rest, grounding, emotional release, energetic clearing, or simply time away from the noise of everyday life.

You do not need any previous experience with meditation or sound healing. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are, lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

Lauren Hoover of Soul Glimmers offers one-hour Angel Reiki sessions that combine the gentle healing energy of Reiki with the loving guidance and support of the angelic realm. These sessions are created to help you feel more grounded, peaceful, supported, and connected.

As Lauren works with your energy, she may focus on clearing areas of heaviness or stagnation, restoring balance within the energetic body, and inviting in the nurturing presence of your angels and spiritual support team.

Angel Reiki can be especially supportive during times of emotional change, stress, uncertainty, grief, spiritual growth, or when you simply feel called to receive care and energetic renewal.
