Decoding Your Emotional Blueprint was created for the woman who knows there is another layer waiting to be explored.
 
This immersive one day retreat brings together three deeply complementary healing modalities to guide you beyond insight and into embodied understanding.
 
Throughout the day, you'll discover how your astrological Moon sign reveals the emotional blueprint you've carried since childhood—how you seek safety, receive love, process emotions, respond to stress, and protect yourself when life feels uncertain. You'll gain a compassionate understanding of the emotional patterns, attachment tendencies, and subconscious survival strategies that have shaped your relationships with yourself and others.

As these patterns become clear, you'll be guided into the wisdom of your body.

Taylor will lead an in-depth training on the nervous system and attachment, followed by an experiential somatic resolution workshop designed to help you recognize where these patterns live within you and how healing begins when your body experiences something different. This work gently shifts old protective responses by creating new experiences of safety, connection, and regulation.

Together, these teachings create something incredibly powerful.

You'll not only understand why you have developed certain emotional patterns—you'll begin experiencing what it feels like to relate to them differently.

Following our opening cacao ceremony, Kelly will guide us through gentle somatic movement, helping us arrive fully in our bodies and prepare for the work ahead. As the retreat comes to a close, she will hold space for deep integration through a restorative healing sound bath, allowing everything you've explored throughout the day to settle into both body and heart.

Every participant will receive a beautifully curated retreat workbook created exclusively for this experience. More than simply an astrology workbook, it will become your companion throughout the day—holding your personalized Moon sign insights, reflective journaling prompts, nervous system education, somatic exercises, guided practices, space for personal reflections, and integration tools from each facilitator. It has been thoughtfully designed to support your experience during the retreat while remaining a meaningful resource you can continue revisiting as your healing journey unfolds.

Meet Your Guides

Taylor Cope is a Somatic Trauma Resolution Practitioner and Nervous System Expert who specializes in healing attachment wounds and resolving trauma at the nervious system level, the level that talk therapy, mindset coaching, and energy healing often cannot reach.

She works with deeply self aware women, healers, coaches, and entrepreneurs who can identify every pattern but still haven't experienced lasting change in their bodies, behaviors, businesses or relationships.

After years of doing "The work" through traditional self-development, therapy, and healing modalities, Taylor realized that understanding her patterns wasn't enough. Real transformation came when she stopped managing trauma and started resolving it through somatic work.

Today, she helps clients heal the attachment wounds and nervous system patterns that shape the way they lead, love, receive, and build their businesses. Everything she teaches is rooted in both extensive training and lived experience.

Taylor is also an educator and will be launching her Somatic Resolution & Expansion Practitioner Training in Fall 2026.

Corinne "Mother Moon" Casatelli is a moonologist, intuitive healer, and founder of The Sanctuary at Mother Moon Mentoring. She believes astrology is one of the most beautiful tools we have for understanding the emotional landscape of who we are.

 Through the wisdom of the Moon sign, Corinne helps women explore their emotional patterns with curiosity, compassion, and a deep sense of self-understanding. Her work gently reminds us that every part of our emotional landscape has a story to tell, and when we learn to truly understand those stories, we create space for healing, self-acceptance, and lasting transformation.

Kelly Thomke is a JourneyDance™ practitioner and sound frequency healer who is passionate about helping others reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies through movement, presence, and sound. She creates nurturing, judgment-free spaces where participants are invited to move intuitively, release what no longer serves them, and gently return to themselves.  

Throughout the retreat, Kelly will guide our opening somatic movement practice, helping us arrive fully in our bodies and prepare for the deeper healing work ahead. She will also lead our closing healing sound bath, offering a deeply restorative experience that supports integration, reflection, and a sense of inner peace as we complete our journey together. 

Details For The Day

 Doors open at 9:30 AM to allow time to settle in.
Our Opening Cacao Ceremony begins promptly at 10:00 AM, so we encourage you to arrive a few minutes early.
The retreat will conclude around 6:00 PM.  


Lunch & Refreshments 
 A nourishing lunch, tea and water will be provided throughout the day.
 If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you register.
You are welcome to bring your own packed lunch if you prefer, as well as snacks for the day.

Before Your Arrival
Once you are registered, please email Corinne with your birth information,
birth date, birth time (exact as possible), birth location.
This information is needed to retrieve your natal moon sign for your personalized retreat workbook.

What to Wear  
Dress in comfortable layers that allow you to move, stretch, and relax with ease.
We recommend clothing that feels good on your body, as we'll spend time seated in circle,
journaling, participating in gentle movement, and lying down for the sound bath.  

What to Bring 
Everything you'll need for the retreat will be provided, including your personalized retreat workbook. Feel free to bring your favorite pens.
Bring snacks and if you prefer to bring your own lunch please feel free.

  You may also wish to bring:  
~a favorite water bottle
~cozy socks
~a sweater or light blanket if you tend to get cold
~yoga mat, pillows, etc, anything to keep you comfortable for the day and sound bath
~an open heart and a willingness to be curious  

 Your Retreat Workbook  
Each participant will receive a beautifully designed workbook created specifically for this retreat.
 It will include your personalized Moon sign insights, guided journaling prompts, somatic practices,
nervous system education, reflection exercises, and space to capture your personal experiences throughout the day.
 Long after the retreat has ended, your workbook will remain a resource you can continue returning to as your healing journey unfolds.  

This is a Small Group Experience  To create an atmosphere of trust, connection, and individualized support, attendance is intentionally limited.  

  A Gentle Note  
This retreat is designed to be a compassionate space for self-exploration.
 While we will explore emotional patterns, attachment, and the nervous system, you will never be asked to share more than feels comfortable.
You are always encouraged to honor your own boundaries and move at a pace that feels supportive for you.
 
 Giving Yourself Space Afterwards
 One thing we would honestly encourage...  Don't schedule yourself immediately after the retreat if possible.  
Give yourself permission to head home, enjoy a quiet evening, take a bath, journal, or simply rest.
This work has a way of continuing to gently unfold long after the day comes to a close.
